PK Star Academy's coaching was premium. Its training space didn't show it. RPM designed an Environmental Branding System that turns the courts and shared spaces at The Pickleball House into a dedicated player development academy.
PK Star Academy trains players at The Pickleball House. The coaching was premium. The space didn't say so. Courts looked like every other rental court, and nothing told players they had walked into a dedicated player development academy.
RPM treated the space like architecture, not decoration. The environmental branding system carries the PK Star Academy identity across fences, walls, posts, screens, the player lounge, and the court itself, with every piece designed to work together.
The goal: players should know they have entered an academy before a coach says a word.

Academy Concept

A five-banner series that turns the academy's development philosophy into something players see every time they step on court.
Because the environment was built as a system, the same black, white, and red identity carries into everything the academy puts out, from tournament promotion to coaching content.
RPM launched the academy's first tournament, held August 15 and 16 at The Pickleball House, with a coordinated social and paid campaign.
Every piece carried the same black, white, and red identity, so the tournament looked like PK Star Academy wherever players saw it, and a QR code took them straight to registration.
A premier player session with coach Alex Nguyen, promoted through social ads and stories, then filmed and edited into an instructional video.
The content was cut for YouTube, Instagram Stories, Reels, and short-form ads. It puts the academy's coaching on display, gives players a reason to train with PK Star, and builds a library of content the academy can keep using.
A branded YouTube channel gives the academy a home for instructional videos, tournament coverage, and coach features. Players see the same brand online that they see in the facility.
We aren't building a program. We're building an academy.
If you run a pickleball academy, facility, or tournament, let's design a space that matches the quality of what happens on court.
